We human beings are social animals – we’re not made to sit alone in a cave in the Himalayas! Meditation works much better together.Sitting together, being in the presence of each other, can be very beneficial
In the practice of CoMeditation we take it one step further, by combining communication and meditation. We sit together in pairs and take turns guiding and being guided into deeper states of stillness.
Having a friend on your side, while you meditate, makes it easier to stay present with whatever might arise – all the comfortable and uncomfortable stuff… emotions, thoughts, pains in the body – you name it.
