The Hiding Game (Quarantine Session)

Due to being bugged down at home with the C-Virus, I decided to record my song “The Hiding Game” (instead of facilitating a Radical Honesty workshop). It’s all about honesty one way or another…

Since this song is about dropping our masks and uncovering – perhaps being surprised about – what might show up underneath. It’s also about the miraculous love-connection that comes from honest sharing (as I experience in closer human interaction such as relationships, friendships or Radical Honesty workshops)… that’s where the name comes from:
“Love is just another name – for refusing to play The Hiding Game”

My other Radical Honesty song (“Say it out Loud”) will be released on all platforms on the 3rd of June… stay posted!

Love, Sean.

Lyrics:

So weary of my worn out mask
deep dark shadow on my heart
it’s time – for us to part

I wanna show up the way I am
Sometimes I dance, sometimes I can’t
move my weary bones, feel so alone – but here I’m not alone (for)

Love is just another name for refusing to play the Hiding Game
I gotta be honest, to honour you

Who are you, once you, start speaking the truth?
Who are you, once you, start living your truth?

Come and sit down right where you are
Stop – running never got us far anyhow
Start noticing, sharing – this is your truth

Love is just another name for refusing to play the Hiding Game
I gotta be honest, to honour you

Who are you, once you, start speaking the truth?
Who are you, once you, start living your truth?

Who are you, once you, start speaking the truth?
Who are you, once you, start living your truth?
